1. Take a deep Breathe 

Take a 5-minute break and focus on your breathing. Sit up straight, eyes closed, with a hand on your belly. Slowly inhale through your nose,feeling the breath start in your abdomen and work its way to the top of your head. Reverse the process as you exhale through your mouth.

2. Be conscious be present
Watch each and every movement of yours and be the watcher what you are up to for 5 minute you will be astonished to have a new exparience and will feel better. Repeat the same procedure after soe time contiues effort will ake you more present in the movement and you will feel stress free.

3.Close your eyes
When you feel exhusted and full of stress just close your eyes for a while and make your posture at 135 degree. you will now let take a deep breathe now you are allowing your body to be stress free.

4. Listen to music
Be ready with your Playlist all the time and the time you feel stressed put on your headphones and start with the amazing song you have downloaded a while ago feel like you are dying to listening to it. increase volume so you wont hear a sound of the world. I feel Stress free when hear songs from ‘ERA’ is a new-age music project by French composer Eric Lévi. The band has sold more than 12 million albums. They use lyrics which, although similar to Greek or Latin, are, in fact, deliberately devoid of any exact meaning.

5.Make yourself thirsty and then drink a glass of water
Now this technique is super awesome what you got to do is when you figure out that day is going to be so hard do not drink water for a while, please do not be that hydrated that you make harm to yourself , i guess you know how much thirsty. Now take a glass of water and drink it like its the last glass full of water. It will be the experience you will never forget.


6. Meditation

Meditation is one of the best ways to lead a stressfree life. A simple, 20 minutes meditation will make your refresh and relaxed. Besides, it also helps to reduce your anxiety, tension and stress. In the middle of your work, just take a break and connect with yourself.
