Tell someone how you really feel about them even if you  are scared. You can take sometime to think and jump to the decision that how and when you are going to tell about it. The benefit will be amazing , you start feeling more space in your mind, new ideas will take place instead of the old once.

Share Your Fears

This trick works for me whenever i have something or a situation to fear or worry about i jump to my secret blog and try to share with the people i don’t know personally. Sometimes they laugh and some of them gives honest comments. So the benefit is you start feeling comfortable with the fear than after spending some quality time with the fear you are no more afraid.

Be True To yourself

Being true to yourself is a good practice, it allows you to feel confident and you act according that you believe in yourself. You don’t need approval of others. Gita message: be honest with where you are at, whether it be in your practice of yoga, life or anything else! It’s a constant struggle to genuinely be honest with oneself but you will be good if you practice.

Learn To Play An Instrument

Trying something new opens up the possibility for you to enjoy something new, creates new brain cells open your mind and encourage you to go again to try something new. This forces you to grow  and since you have the free will so you are the one who will choose what to do new and the beautiful thing is there always be something new to do every time.

Travel feeds your dreams and builds your confidence. One of the best reasons to spend time outdoors trekking and cycling is that it can regenerate and rejuvenate your mental state. Studies have shown that viewing natural beauty can elicit feelings of awe, which can release endorphins and trigger a mental boost.

Read A Book

Develop your imagination and creativity. Your brain stretches as you create pictures in your mind. Once again, those pictures are unique, personal and may serve as inspiration for your job, school assignments and everything else.

Reading expands your brain and gives your creativity a chance to come alive. It improves your writing skills and vocabulary, which is great because nothing’s more attractive than intelligence.

A new friend can brighten up your life. New friend may help you to have a new perspective. You will be enthusiastic to meet them everyday if you start feel enjoy the new way to think every person in this world have something within you can learn. When you make friends with someone new, you never know how close of a friend he or she may become he/she may turn out to be your best friend.
